According to the Greek Statistical Authority Elstat… the youth unemployment rate shot up in July 2013, up from 54.9% in July 2012 and an increase from 42.6% in July 2011.  The body also found that the total amount of Greek people in unemployment was 27.6% in July, a hike from 25 % in July 2012.”   [International Business Times, 10OCT13]

Okay… this can’t happen to the United States? Look at Detroit, Stockton CA, Chicago. In these cities, you can see the future of our Nation if we do not STOP going down the Greek road. The symptoms of economic crisis… like diseases of indiscretion… are all present in our country.  There is obvious precedent for NOT embracing socialism.

“We are in trouble financially,” Sen. Tom Coburn, Oklahoma Republican, said Tuesday. “We are $30 trillion in the hole, plus another $17 trillion in debt. Wouldn’t it be smart if we started addressing that problem before we blankly allow an increase in the level of the credit card?”

“It’s logical and appropriate what we’re hearing from many Republicans that we need to not only deal with the debt limit itself but we need to deal with the underlying cause of this pressure to increase the debt,” he said. “That means we need to deal with entitlements.” [D. Golden Dawn is a neo-Nazis party.  It represents the same path followed by the Germans when their economy bottomed out in the 30s.  Such will be attractive to OUR young folks and middle class in the future… unless we stop following the Greek path to economic suicide.
