And this is supposed to be news to anyone? Of course they want all your personal information first. Note that once you enter this information into the website you can never delete it......never. That I think is one reason traffic to the website has dropped 88%....the other of course being that it does not work and people give up......and the media give up......
I will never go there and enter any information........this is self inflicted government spying on our personal lives.

The media is screaming bloody
murder about the NSA. Yet the data collected by the NSA is secure. It won’t be released
to third parties for “client” benefits. As a matter of fact, NSA is NOT
collecting your medical, financial, or any other “personal” information. If you are NOT collaborating with terrorists,
your phone number, call history, email addresses and contacts etc… will not get
through the first wicket of interest to the NSA. The content of your emails
will go unnoticed.
On the other hand, the ObamaCare HHS Data Hub…
ah, the media is silent about that sieve. If you believe for even a second that
your personal information in THAT database is secure… you are a fool! I need
only point out that the hub is connected to the IRS. At this time even HHS has no idea what is
going on with that data hub and its ill fitted, ill conceived, ripe for hacking software. The parts of that system do not cooperate. Already,
personal information including social security numbers has been “inadvertently”
released. “Oops! We’re sorry!”
The media dogs seem uninterested
in Obama’s REAL invasion of, and threat to, your privacy!

OK, to post a picture it must have a presence on the internet....a URL, rather than being stored on your machine. If the latter, the program doesn't know how to find it, especially if your machine is in the "off" position.
Best way I know of, and others may have something better, is to post it to the Lake Martin website and then post that URL. That may be a crude and ugly way to do it but it works. See other posts for more efficient or easier ways to post photos. Bottom line is that it must be reachable via URL.
So are you now going to reciprocate and tell me who you are? You have my email address. I play fair, why don't you?

Open an account on photobucket.com, post the picture there, copy the url and give it a title. Pretty simple.
For example, here is a picture of GF after he was caught selling Obamaphones in exchange for voter registration cards.

Thanks for posting, You were sworn to secrecy. Now Hodja has the info he wants. Now that the government is back to work, I am eligible for an iPhone 5s. The government rocks when it comes to free stuff. Like the right, I vote my pocketbook. Keep paying your taxes so I can live like you and your kind on my kind earnings.
