Sewer issues still? I talked with an owner from there several years ago who iirc said there were putting in an engineered community system on the hill above the houses. Guess that fell thru.

I'd like to correct my earlier comment - I was wrong when I said The Village land was originally owned by Scrushy. Never has been. Owner / developer is and has been Brian Ray. I hope I didn't cause any confusion out there by my error. Sorry about that.
