Two Sisters closed. New sign today, "Crossroads" opening April 2nd. Hope they last. Nothing seems to do very well there. Herd one time that utilities were very high.

Crossroads was behind Sigger's Store on Young's Ferry Rd.

Assuming this is the Crossroad cafe currently located at Youngs Ferry and Gibson roads (Next to Siggers).  If she has made a go of it at that location, she may be successful on 49 south.  However, for those who know Dadeville history, this parcel of land goes back to the times of being a junk yard with automotve repair and used car sales (typically used taxis from up north) and later a new car dealership of Nash Ramblers.  There have been many enterprising souls venturing on and off this property since that time.  Don't know if this could possibly be an Creek Indian burial site.

Is that where the Dairy Cream was?

Surprised any restaurant could be there.  Heard sewer problems were the cause for DC to move.  Owner either would or could not repair at that time. Had not heard they had done so.

I'd wish em well, but don't expect them to last there too long either.
