Esrly spring is one of my favorite times. I was at the lake last week for a few days and will go back next week. I love getting on the water. Having full pool, with all of the new green leaves and the lake as flat as a bathtub is amazing to me!

Now that I'm down here fulltime, I'm looking forward to the stillness of the lake during the week. And maybe getting back into the fishing mode. If anyone has a 15' or 16' john boat they want to get rid of, please let me know. I have a 9.9 engine ready to go.

Where do I start?  Sitting on the deck drinking an adult beverage and smoking a fine cigar, teaching kids to ski, wakeboard or wake surf for the first time, floating in the water wearing my Alabama diaper with an adult beverage, grilling a great dinner on the deck while listening to Jimmy Buffett, etc.  

Mostly I am looking forward to my blood pressure dropping 20 points every time I cross the Chattahoochee River into Alabama.
