Those of you who live close to the old Veazey's Marina will be interested to see the attached filing with FERC for modifications submitted by APCo for FERC approval.  This is public information.  If the link works below it will take you to the FERC website and you can click or copy and paste the link to the .pdf with the information.  If this does not work, I'm open to suggestions.  It does not appear that one can download documents such as this directly to the post.

There indeed was a Billy Ray Smith who played for Arkansas.  I wondered the same thing.  If the project gets approved and the cupola is replaced with a hog hat we may have a clue...lol!

By the way, I welcome the addition to the neighborhood.  We need some competition on our end of the lake.  I wonder if he will return the pizza tradition.

Looks like a good project and a nice improvement to the current facilities.  Hope it gets approved because competition is good.

Thanks for the info.  We have seen the sign indicating a Spring 2015 opening.  Something about frozen yogurt, fruit and Shipwrecked Sam's ice cream.  Would be great if Smiths' Marina and The Boot at Parker Creek can make it.  The "Boot Burger" off the pontoon Food Boat at Parker Creek was a little expensive but one of the best tasting burgers I have had, but I did add a slice of tomato to it.

You mean someone doesn't play the $x.95 game?  Refreshing.  But I'll tell you when you think of how much gas it would take to travel by boat from the Parker Creek area to the nearest available burger a dix doesn't sound so bad.
