Just a report that our boat was damaged earlier in the summer and we have been aggravating with the manager and the owner to try to come to a resolution. Been treated with an absolute disregard and lack of integrity. To date our boat is still not repaired and we have been met with an unwillingness to do so. We are collecting our boat and moving elsewhere. Would never do business with this Marina again and would discourage others from same. The problem is not with the guys at work there but the management both locally and in Atlanta.

pitiful way to do business!

He said it, not me: "Just a report that our boat was damaged earlier in the summer and we have been aggravating with the manager and the owner to try to come to a resolution."

I didn't think "aggravating" was an obscure word; it means "make (a problem, injury, or offense) worse or more serious."

If he would be less aggravating, he would stop "making the problem worse or more serious."

And he admits that he is the one making the problem worse, by being aggravating, so I don't see how that is anyone else's fault but his.

Oh and I don't work for Anchor Bay. I have eaten at the restaurant and bought gas at the marina but I've only spent money there, never been paid by them. And I've never had a boat repaired there.

I keep my boat there and love it and all that work there. No human is perfect, including myself, but I couldn't imagine keeping my boat anywhere else. I find them to be extremely hard working, concientous, and personable.
