Tne American people have spoken. We can finally start to rebuild America in the way that our founding fathers envisioned when they constructed the Constitution. It will take time to turn around the damage done to America during the last six years, but the screw has turned, and I think the American people will now be able to take pride in leading the country back to greatness. I believe the resolve has been restored(to use the President's words), to bring "hope" and "change" to the way we knew it to be six years ago. Good Night!

Sadly I firmly believe that the next two years are going to be narcissistic personality disorder on parade with Obola.  He is simply incapable of getting the message that his ideology is a failed one, it always has and it always will.  What do you want to bet that unnamed sources in the WH will blame the losses on Democrats for running away from dear leader.  If only they embraced his presidency they would have won handily.  I can almost guarantee this will happen.

Of course now the question is whether the GOP actually governs like they have been given a mandate to oppose these failed policies.  On that note I am not optimistic and I fully expect the leadership to cave to calls for bipartisanship and respecting the minority and all the other crap the hypocrites on the left will call for now that they are out of power.  And watch the govt media find their voice about the nuclear option that Reid used.  Suddenly it will be an abuse of power and unconstitutional if the GOP follows suit.

Was glad we have wasted no money in Georgia with a runoff.  Sadly some states are headed that way.  In Louisiana the Republican candidates got 56% of the vote but no clear winner because there were three of them on the ballot.  What a dumb system that is going to cost them a lot of money for a runoff that will end with a GOP win.  I am OK with a third party challenger but there should only be one candidate from each party.

Suspect we won't hear much from Archibald and GF will drive by with some silly comments and Billary 2016.

EDIT: As if right on cue the AP clip below has already proved my point about the blame and the mental illness.  One thing I do agree with them is this cycle was a tough one for Dems and 2016 is much more favorable, especially if they have a good candidate for POTUS.

"But that was not the way Mr. Obama saw it. The electoral map was stacked against him, he argued, making Democrats underdogs from the start. And his own party kept him off the trail, meaning he never really got the chance to make his case. “You’re in the Final Four,” as one aide put it, “and you’re on the bench with a walking boot and you don’t get to play.” The Republican capture of the Senate culminated a season of discontent for the president — and may yet open a period of even deeper frustration. Sagging in the polls and unwelcome in most competitive races across the country, Mr. Obama bristled as the last campaign that would influence his presidency played out while he sat largely on the sidelines. He privately complained that it should not be a judgment on him. “He doesn’t feel repudiated,” the aide said Tuesday night."

Will be interesting to see how the right eliminates Obamacare and makes changes to our tax code. Obviously, they will also need to pass legislation with some bipartisan support to overcome a veto. Hopefully, the country will move forward.

Billary 2016

I actually think they need to not worry about overcoming a veto and watering down any legislation.  Send Obola what the American people want and then watch Billary squirm when she is asked if she supports his veto of the legislation.  That includes a repeal of Obamacare and replacement with sensible reforms that will improve our health insurance system instead of taking it over, passing Keystone pipeline, passing a sensible budget with tax reforms that promote job growth, etc.

Suddenly Dems become the party of no and the party of obstructionists.  And Billary will be forced to go on record whether she is with the left wing nuts that will dominate the nomination process or tries to pivot from her left wing rhetoric in the general.  Sadly, I am not optimistic that they get what this election was about, a complete repudiation of the big government agenda of dear leader and Harry Reid. And I hope they understand that they have two years to get this done because 2016 will be a tough cycle for Republicans, especially if the Dems have a good candidate for POTUS.

What is ironic is I actually think this hurts Billary more than anyone else.  I believe it increases the likelihood that there will be a challenge from the left (i.e., Pocohantas Warren, et al).  That will be fun to watch.
