Has anyone else detected a musty taste in Parker Creek Water Company water?

Call 'em up and ask them to flush out the lines.  Water stagnates when all your summertime neighbors don't use enough water to flush out the lines.....all those little microorganisms die and stink up the water.

I was wondering if that might not be the case.

Not that, but I noticed a more chemical taste.  It always seems to happen around the first part of the month.

No issues so far over our way.  Maybe you and Mack just need to spend more time down County 20!

Nope. Not. My water comes from @ 120 feet under the ground. But, often in late Fall, Winter, when we are not using much water, it will start tasting funny. Had it tested and is sweet indeed. My well man says to just run it out on the ground (not thru ceptic tank) occasionally from the furthest outlet and flush out. Maybe add a dose of bleach to well too.
