Do they also offer Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana as days off for Jews?  Is any Christian who asks off for Good Friday also accomodated?  Why is it always OK to make things easy for one group but outrageous to do the same for another??  Things like ease of voting for non-driving elderly people.
