CNN June 2016: My goodness, Trump wants to build a wall and protect American lives, jobs and resources.  How can he win votes doing that?  Surely he will have to modify that position.  Surely he will pivot.

CNN mid August 2016:  My goodness, Trump is pivoting on the immigration policy.  How will we criticize him?  We will just attack him for pivoting.  Doesn't he know what he said before?  He can't just change a positon to win votes (no wait, we can't say that because "other" candidates do that and we don't report it so much).  Trump really needs a documented policy.  And why is he going to Mexico?

CNN August 31, 2016:  My goodness, Trump wants to build a wall and protect American lives, jobs and resources.  Thank goodness he is back on track.  How does he plan to win votes with that policy?  But why did he spell it out for us to criticze?  "Other" candidates do not spell out what they will do.

CNN September 1, 2016:  Who is going to pay for that wall?

From the New York Times in Sep 2006:

"Congress also passed a separate $34.8 billion homeland security spending bill that contained an estimated $21.3 billion for border security, including $1.2 billion for the fence and associated barriers and surveillance systems."

Guess that $1.2 billion floated off in the Rio Grande.

"Customs and Border Protection spent $2.4 billion between 2006 and 2009 to complete 670 miles of border fence, and the vast majority of that was single-layer — one line of fencing designed to keep either pedestrians or vehicles from crossing into the United States, according to a Government Accountability Office report."

I recommend you expand your research in the future.

As far as the media is concerned, Trump will never do anything right.  They don't like him because he uses them while thumbing his nose at them. 

I have to say that I used to poo-poo the media bias.  But ever since this election cycle started (and it feels like it has been going on forever), it has been crystal clear to me.  It's like they don't even bother to try to hide it anymore.

Understand Trump is in a Tweet war with the President of Mexico. Good thing too, to let everyone have a clear look at the attitude of Mexico or at least their President.
