On Saturday night when speaking to the Congressional Black Caucus Convention, President Obama said he will take it as a  "personal insult" if the African American community fails to turn out for the presidential election and encouraged black voters to support Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

Unfortunately, that's what dimokraps love about their black sultan of KEEP 'EM DOWN ON DA PLANTATION.  That is racism at its absolute worst.  Unbelievable arrogance.

But, he's not racist.  Not at all. The man has done more to intensify racial tensions in this country than anyone since MLK.  And at least MLK has his people's best interests at heart and an actionable platform.

I had this discussion with a black friend of mine.  What have Democrats since Johnson done for black people that they should be blindly loyal to the Democratic party?  They say they want education and jobs, not welfare, yet Democrats continually propose "programs" that will not really lead to anything but more dependence on the government.  I happen to feel strongly about racial balance.  Throughout my work career, whenever I was hiring someone, given two EQUALLY qualified candidates I always hired the minority.  My next to last job, I was the Office Director for 38 white, male, 1 female and 1 black engineeers.  The person at the helm before I took over was a black man.  Oh, he put some black Secretaries into upward mobility jobs (who then thought the gravy train should continue to roll, and they demanded I created higher graded jobs for them, when they were badly qualified for the ones they had),but had done nothing to relieve the overwhelmingly white male majority.  As I had vacancies over my time there, I hiresd about 10 people, 4 woman with advanced degrees (1 Japanese), and 6 black fully qualified males.  The discussion that I referenced was with a Black Navy Petty Officer, who told me at 30 he had achieved all his goals. I told him he set the bar too low and got him to go across the street to the college and enroll and take classes.  Previously, in another job, I nagged my young black male assistant (he was a contractor) until he got a job with a bigger company with more opportuniities.  Last time I spoke with him, he had risen to the level of Driector, International Licensing with one good defense companies.

To me, that is how you help people with education and opportunity, not by creating a programs.

I think you provide a great example in explaining your experiences while working in the federal government. Your concern for others and your encouragement in helping to motivate them regardless of their race or gender is noteworthy. You represent my view on what can be done to help those who are motivated and willing to help themselves. During my twenty years in the military and many more years in the civilian workforce, I have been able to see the goodness and desire in people when they are given just the smallest amount of heip. On several occasions I have commented about President Obamas lackof concern for those who need it the most. Of all of our Presidents, he stood to be the one who could have done the most for people in need, regardless of their race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and national origin. Instead he has used his position to make America more divided than at any time in the recent past. Regardless of what some of those on the forum seem to think, I have found numerous opportunities to talk to minorties, young and old, male and female, people in low income jobs and many in professional positions, students, and others and a very large number agree that President Obama missed a great opportunity make things better for those who need it the most. I have engaged minorities in a number of places to numerous to mention. In almost every case, they have shown a willigness and desire to talk, and share many of the concerns that all Americans are expressing in todays political environment. I have had face to face conversations with people in parking lots, grocery aisles, sports events, lawn care specialist, car repair mechanics, military active duty and retired personnel, and others to many to list. Again I have been utterly surprised at their concern and sincerety about America as we know it today. I have even been invited an African American church service which I plan to attend, And no, it is not policticaiiy motivated but to share an hour with their congregation that resulted from a chance meeting of their pastor in a post office parking lot. Hopefully President Obama will receive a "personal attack" from those he has ignored during the last eight years.

Buteye, I totally agree with you.  As I have mentioned before, I was raised in the black belt, and was raised with black families as part of my life and upbringing from childhood thru adulthood.  To see the families I knew, who had the same values as any Caucasian family destroyed over the past 50 years is distressing to me just like it is to the older blacks who have seen the values of their family destroyed by the policies of dimokraps over the years.  Talk to anyone, black or white, raised in the black belt and they will agree that the plight of minorities is at an all time low, even going back to the late 1800s.  If you have no values, you have no life, period.

No one really cares about your auto bio. This is a Forum...you can grow up anywhere in the USA. However, once a racist always a racist.

I present an absolutely true fact, and all you can do is the dimokrap thing.....pull out the race card.  As you say, "this is a Forum", present your talking points to dispute my fact...I lived it.

Why don't you speak for yourself instead of saying "no one cares about your auto bio"? I am not aware of any limitations about what you can post as long as it adheres to expected decency. Perhaps Wix's post tells more about the type of person he is than you are willing to accept. Maybe you, Architect, and Copperline are among the few to object to his post. I would like to see an outpouring of support for Wix because all he did was state "facts" and I view that as "freedom of speech". Read it and if you don't like it let others voice their own opinion.

I am seriously considering sending my posts to you for review before I post them. Last thing I want to do is upset you and Genrl Hodj. After all, you are the Martha Stewart of the Forum. The only one I don't have to worry about is Wixxie.
