http://boston.cbslocal.com/2016/10/19/army-heart-attack-medical-bills-shane-morgan/    alt.right.cbs - just another faux news media outlet ... lol

Morgan is an Army veteran, a captain who served in Afghanistan and a current active reserve member. But lately, Shane and his wife Jaime have fighting to get health benefits from the Army.

“You have a heart attack during a forced, a mandated PT test and then you tell him it’s his fault that he could have had it at home, but he didn’t have it at home he had it, while he was doing push-ups,” Jaime said.

and to think obama care took care of pre-existing conditions.  Anyone want a good look at what single payer Government sponsered health care looks like?

I know a lot of military members who have had to fight their health care system to get medical services paid for.

A reservist is only covered by military health coverage when he is on active duty.  Active duty includes weekend drills, but in typical crooked journalist style, the article does not mention that he was or wasn't on active duty.  My guess is he was training to get in shape for the PT test on his own time....which would not be covered.  Why didn't he have o-BAMMIEcare?

Would think that the VA would cover since he was deployed in Afganastan.

Know several who have been left to die who were in Vietnam - 12 month waiting lines.  its a shame.
