The hypocrisy and idiocy never ends in the chattering class. All we have heard is how horrible leaders Trump will be because of his lack of experience e and now that he has won and is considering cabinet positions some of those same talking heads are just beside themselves that he is considering "insidrs" for key positions. Amazing! I guess they think he should go to homeless shelters to find HUD directors, border detention centers for the head of ICE, GED prep classes for Dept. of Education, etc. etc. etc.

And Jeff Sessions was his strongest and most loyal supporter in Congress.

Robert Bentley and Martha Roby deserted him.  Almost cost Roby her re-election, as the write in votes for her primary challenger definitely caused her to garner less than 50% of the vote.

All the hoopla about Trump's lack of experience is hogwash. His experiences his whole life have been dealing with real world experiences and he will call on that to implement his campaign promises. The only thing Obama had to his credit was that he was a "Community Organizer" and look what that got us. It certainaly shows with all the protests and riots that are happening at the present. It has led to the "cry baby" syndrome that is reflected among a large part of our society.He was hell bent to get Hillary elected to protect his "legacy" and look what that got him. It couldn't happen to a more deserving person. Also, hope everyone has seen Miley Cyrus "tears" and almost uncontrollable emotions as she sobbed about Hillary's defeat. What a fragile little person.

I have to say that while I am glad Republicans retained their majority, it saddens me to know that Robey managed to kee her seat.  You know I am no fan of Hillary, but Robey looked so incredibly stupid during the Benghazi hearings.  I don't know how she got elected to start with.

Chris Cillizza in 2016 on candidate Trump’s decision with the Post: “Barring reporters from public events because you disagree with what they write is a dangerous precedent.”

Best part about precedents is the hypocrisy, outrage and indignation when it is turned around to the ones who have been doing it.

Not to mention the dangerous precedent of having the Hillary campaign review and approve all media messages.  I kind of doubt that they will allow anyone with a R beside their name to approve their Trump hit pieces

Unfortunately we are in Mike Rogers' district.  I would have voted for Becky Garrison in the primary in a heartbeat.  Roby's  only claim to fame is that her daddy is a federal judge.
