OK....so tell us what the computerized operation of all dams by AP has done to better control flow from the lake and help prevent past mistakes.  Seems to me the past 3 or 4 years shows a vast improvement.  Also, put a date on the photos, not just a year but tme of the year.  Was the lake at full pool before the rain event?  etc...
