I think most of the demonrats failed at that, but were successful at making Trump seem sane.

Bernie wants eugenics, Kamala and others want to go back to "As President" I am going to ban blah pen and phone on 1st day, no more meat.

Waiting on the first canidate to indicate that most boats are not owned by poor people and do nothing to help the environment. I can only imagine what GFY would say if she wanted to do a buy back on his boats, and he will no longer need fishing supplies as meat is murder and outlawed.

Maybe the site would let him change his name to UsedToGoFishing before his canidate outlawed it.

I'd like to see them ban plastics (poisoning our oceans) end dumping into the ocean, and to ban the questions "what is the first thing you will do after ore inaugurated".   Kamala will probably redecorate the oval office to her taste, and want to spend too much on furnishings and curtains.  The sad thing is that she has no qualifications other than her ideas for domestic programs.  I want to see what is said when the questions get tough = like what they would do about NK, Russia and China, and the next crisis.  Wasn't one of Hilary's downfalls about who would answer the phone in the WH in the middle of the night if there was a crisis?  That totally backfired on her.

Well, she did have a passing interest in Willie Brown’s private area to further her political career — yeah, Kamala worked her way up on her knees.  Which begs the question; why isn’t she being excoriated for that on the campaign trail and why isn’t Willie Brown being treated like a total pariah?  BECAUSE WE’RE TALKING ABOUT DEMOCRATS!

No double standard.  They all say whatever they think will get them votes.  It's just right now with so many liberals vying for the nomiation it's more noticable. I don't take anythng that is said during the campaign seriously, unless they are running for re-election.  Until you sit behind the desk in the Oval Office, you don't have a clue what you can do or what you can't do and how you will reat to whatever comes up.  Trump is a prime example - he thought he could run the country like a multinational corporation, but that is not how it works.  No on is immune, becasue there are so many competing agandas, untrustworthy loyalists, and once in Washington, you became very insulated from the real world.  Legislation, unfortunately, does not solve all problems.  But it looks so easy from the cheap seats.
