how quickly one leaves political appointment in D.C. and quickly has a BOOK published, and appears on MSNBC, NBC, CNN only days prior to the release ?? There must be a silent journalist on every corner pushing their 'help in assembling a book'; Cant imagine many of them selling over 100 copies.

I often think the same thing.  There must be a stable of hack writers waiting around to turn out a book in record time.
