She was smiling because she said words to the effect "And Trump is still impeached forever!" The only thing missing was her sticking out her tongue and saying "so there!"  I'm convinced she wears a wig.

and all the facelifts she has had.  She's had her eyes done so many time, she's got a hollow eyed look.  I guess you can guess that I am no fan.
