Does anyone know what ordinance or law governs people storing campers and/or boats on Tallapoosa County roads right of way? And who would enforce this law?

I'm not talking about short term parking, but long term storage.

I assume any enforcement on a public road would be the Sheriff. You may find the only restriction is it must have a current tag. Let us know what you find.

  County engineer of the county you are in.  If they can't tell you contact Alabama Department of Transportation ask for County Transportation Office.
