Decided to stop requiring students to pass classes to graduate from public schools.  According to Oregon Ed. Dept., grading students and requiring learning is “unfair” to black students so they are graduating all students without grading or tests (I guess).  Wonder if they will call the roll.  Guess this will please Harvard, etc.

Oregon discontinued the year end state test for math and english for 3 years. Nothing changed as to having to pass each course to earn a diploma. You lie like the Orange Man.

You need to be more concerned with the 47th place that Alabama earned in the USNews  and World Reports ranking of Schools by State. Only Miss, Alaska, and N Mex were lower.

Too bad, Wacky Wix has to lie. Bigots and racists have to lie to make them appear important.

Your post agrees with my post. They discontinued the state proficiency test to graduate.

However, the student still needs to pass their classes..just like when you and I went to high school. They will not graduate if they fail their math and english classes.

I always thought the right was against state mandated proficieny gtests. Like the vaccinne...state tests are anti freedom.

When you and I went to high school, everyone had to pass everything to graduate, and we had to attend school…..  The proficiency testing came about because schools were required to pass everyone, regardless of whether they could read, add and subtract, or think.  Now you use your liberal, vacant head and figure out why “everyone was required to get a passing grade”…..let us know after you call Hiden to find out!!

Real humans know the tests for graduation were the only way to give a little assurance that diploma thieves at least could read a little bit….NO MORE.  Put their dumba$$es on the street to rape, pillage, and kill….makes ‘em great dimokraps.  Your assumption that all of us are as dumb as dimokraps is hilarious!!

According to your theory, proficiency tests should be helping to reduce crime. Proficiency tests didn't prevent your fellow Trumpsters  from storming the Capitol.

Virtually every “pubic” school system in the US has dumbed down their education requirements since 1965, just to accommodate integration/immigration left behinders.  Everyone had to be “passed” so they wouldn’t feel bad…..so the proficiency exams were put in place to provide a substitute for “grades”.  Now, if you say Oregon didn’t do that….prove it.

So now Oregon, a dimokrap wonderland, finds that they have to revert back to grade system, because their dimokrap, union teachers have been on vacation for a year and a half and the students are ignorant (dumb).  Only way for union to save face is to kill proficiency tests, and turn loose dim ignorant idiots to go burn down what’s left of Portland.

You must be so proud to pay taxes to support schools that rank 47th according to US New and World Reports. You need to thank Miss, Alaska, and New Mexico that your state is not last on the list.

I don't think that would help. It doesn't take much research to see that Democratic states are far superior in education to Republican states. They also have a larger percent of higher educated people.  Research is the key.
