Turns out that he and Dr. Jill, PhD, a doctor you know, avoided paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in self-employment taxes by moving their $13M in earnings from book sales through s-corps.  So while he is complaining that the rich don't pay their fair share he does everything he can to avoid paying taxes.  As a forensic accountant pointed out, there is literally no reason for these earnings to be run through an s-corp, other than to avoid taxes.  As one who knows s-corps like the back of my hand I can assure you that this accountant is 100% correct.  This is not an operating business....this is a commonly used vehicle to reduce tax liability.  And a smart one at that.

And I would never critique anyone for doing so unless of course they are some politician decrying the rich for not paying enough in taxes.  Dementia Joe is a class A hypocrite on taxes....period, end of story, full stop.  But we already knew they operate under a different set of rules than the rest of us commoners.

You are just a sore loser venting his sadness that no fraud has been found and your hero may be in deep trouble in GA. You need to thank Joe for the big increase in your IRA.

You would find fault with any Democrqt who was elected President. So, your comments about JOE are understood by those of us who can think for ourselves.

Uh huh.......said the pot to the kettle.  Yes, I don't support Democrats.  What a shocker.  I don't like their policies.  I don't agree with their failed ideology.  I don't think that the government is the solution to all our problems, I think the govt is the problem.  I don't like their hypocrisy on pretty much every issue.  So yes, I am going to criticize our current President because he is a Democrat and he has been a magnificent failure on pretty much everything foreign and domestic.  And he is senile and declining rapidly. This is not exactly news.

None of this obviates the fact that the guy who claims that the rich don't pay enough in taxes.....a point you assiduously ignored in your post I might add......while at the same time forming phony s-corps to avoid paying taxes.  I for one use every single tax avoidance strategy I can legally use and do so with a clear conscience because I am not speaking out of the other side of my mouth about not paying enough in taxes.  So do try to stay on point here Goofy, take your Ritalin and try to respond to the actual topic of my post.  If not, then you are just trolling.

So Fish, in your world, talking out of both sides of your mouth is acceptable as long as it is Demo-speak.  The media has trained you well not to ask pertinent questions of your party's leadership, because that would mean that you are Pro-Trump.  The wealthy have been doing just what MM has offered for a long time and will continue to figure out how to pass along any proposed convenient talking point tax increase to where it rightfully belongs, per Democrats,  on the backs of the middle class.  You are simply frustrated and perplexed as to why Trump carries the middle class (because he is loyal to them), while your party gives lip service to them while courting the wealthy.

I read this today and had the same thought.  And I'm sure he will say what he did is legal - which it is.  This is the reason Congress will NEVER overhaul the tax code - because there are all kinds of nifty little loopholes that keeps them, as well as the rich, from paying ridiculous taxes.

Biden is an old style hypocrite.  Do as I say, not as I do.

One hypocrite used a loophole that is used by both parties and the other hypocrite just cheated by avoiding taxes on perks like free apartments and cheated on his wife.

And one of those thinks that 3.5 trillion is the same as $0.00 (Biden Himself)and It’s “unfair and absurd” that companies would increase costs for consumers in response to us taxing them more.

To think that building back better is going to cost $0.00 period.  Well that it will not add to the debt ( doubtful ) just because it is going to be funded off the backs of taxpayers instead of debt - which is complete BS there is no way he is adding 3.5 trillion in new taxes and nothing is going to add to debt.

The sad part is that economic illiterates like Goofy (and Jen Psaki) actually believe that bovine excrement.  As I often tell these low information types, corporations do not pay taxes.  Taxes can only be paid by an individual.  If the American public actually understood how much they pay in taxes (both personal income/sales taxes and corporate taxes passed along to them in the cost of their goods and services) they would march on Washington and burn the place down.....stopping by their state capitals along the way.  They literally have no idea that they, primarily the middle class, pay for every single tax dollar that local, state and Federal taxing agencies collect.  Every stinking penny!  They are literally that poorly educated and economically illiterate. And this is quite literally a prime example of how stupid they think the average American is.....and they are probably correct.

I am willng to bet that even Goofy thought both those statements made sense......yes, I have that low an opinion of his current mental state and his govt school education.

He is going to spend 3.5 TRILLION dollars then turn around and steal 3.5 TRILLION dollars from us to pay for it.  See it didn't cost the government a penny.

Sad, but thats the way these folks think.

Yes it is.  And what is even worse is they can count on the idiotic, equally economically illiterate govt media to parrot this abject nonsense.....and they did indeed.  Including probably the most stupid, partisan hack "fact(less) checker of all time Glen Kessler of the WaPoBS.  But he is not alone, the morons at cnnBS and pmsnBS parroted this stupidity like mind numbed robots.  I can't decide if they are all stupid enough to actually believe this or so cynical to believe that the American public is stupid enough to believe it.  Either way, they are evil morons.

Look up the term hypocrite Goofy.  Trump using every tax loophole while lowering our taxes and claiming Americans are overtaxed is hardly hypocrisy.  It's called walking the talk unlike Dementia that says one thing and does another.....ya know, the very definition of a hypocrite.  That you do not understand the term is not surprising given your educational background (hence my repeated pleas that you demand a much deserved refund from all educational institutions you attended).

That you bring Trump's moral failings into the discussion only proves you are for some very disturbing and pathological reason highly fixated on his personal sex life, including serial posts of a photo of his wife posing in the nude.  I can't decide whether it is simple jealousy or some other disordered fixation.  Either way you should seek professional help.

But you are probably right.  Sad to watch someone slowly and inexorably decline into complete madness.  Good thing he lives in Florida and not on Lake Martin anymore.  Sorry for Bradenton tho.

The research has been done and the rate comes in at right at 20% of the cost of anything and everything in America.  That is why the FAIR TAX plan set the rate for a national consumption tax at 21%.  Since Neal Boortz retired NOBODY is taling about the fair tax anymore.  IT's a shame really.  It is a very good and system and should be implemented but it never will because it shift power and contol to the people not the gubment.

You want to see support for the fair tax go through the roof?  Simple solution. Get rid of witholding of taxes and make everyone pay an estimated quarterly tax.  That too will never happen because it would be the end of big government when people actually realize what they pay, especially when spending almost always is higher than revenue.

Better take a "close" look at your "sales receipts" to see "point blank" what is happening when you go through the "check out" line. I just got home from  purchasing "four" items at Walmart, three cartons of "Sam's 12 pack canned colas" and one pack of "Iced Oatmeal Cookies". The "colas" had gone from $2.47 per carton to $3.00 and the "cookies" had gone from $1.37 per pack to $1.53. This is just the "beginning".
