It sure seems like there is a pattern among school and other mass shooters.  They all seem to be "known" to law enforcement, especially the FBI.  I am not a big conspiracy theorist but I did hear one discuss his hypothesis that the FBI identifies these mentally ill young men and then the CIA et. al. "grooms" them to be shooters.  Then when certain political types are in deep sh!t over whatever the latest crisis they created is, they "release" them onto society to change the news cycle and start a new surge in calls for "gun control".

I heard this several years ago after another mass shooting event, Sandy Hook I think but not sure, but now several years and several mass shootings later it does seem like there is a pattern.  Not saying I am buying into it at this point but it does make me go hmm.  Anybody that just wants to dismiss this without giving it some though obviuosly hasn't been following the Sussman trial where the FBI is testifying about the horrible stuff the FBI did, and how elated they were to do it.

It seems to me that someone/thing has unleased evil into the world.  

You know what I think?  When parents started divorcing instead of staying together for the sake of the children, it left a lot of boys and young men without anyone to guide them.  It created feelings of rejection and loss.   Young people don't know what to do with these feelings and some lash out.  We have become a very self centered and indulgent society.  We have given up our morals and ethic and our sense of responsibility.  That accounts for the increase in suicides, mass shootings and a dozen other ills in our society.  

I also think that went women left the home and went massively into the workforce, things really started to slide.  Kids are either raising themselves or they are being raised by strangers, paid to raise them.  There isn't much sense of family or community anymore.  People may think they can "have it all" but they are just fooling themselves. 

I could write pages and pages about what I think has gone wrong in our society.  We used to have a village of adults acting as role models and leaders and psuseo "parents" looking out for children.  Now, no one wants to be bothered.

   Could a contributing factor is that a poor, disturbed person is a failure at life and often n drugs decidid to commit suicide by cops and want their name on T V. They shoot up people they don't even know for their "moment im the Sun." 

    If the media would just report the event but not give the perp's name and not interview anyone who knew him on and on. It would deny them the fame they seek.

I agree.  There are some outlets now that wont report the names or show the pics of these folks for the very reason you stated, but not enough unfortunately.
