My home owner's insurance on the lake home is on the rise again. It has gone up close to 90% over the past 2 years. I use Bobby Ryals with State Farm in Dadeville. Anyone have suggestions of a good agent that I can contact for rates?

I checked State Farm and ended up with Allstate out of uh.... what's that town up 280...Allstate also likes boats better than State Farm but doesn't do PWC's.

I use them too for all my insurance stuff....and the house did rise when the appraisal by the county was redone...other than that it has been pretty steady and considerably less than most other places...I mean where can you get insuarnce and taxes for less than 1000 per annum on lake property....and it is improved
