Just bought the Harris! They are having to ship it from South Carolina...they sold the one we had looked at before. We really liked the beige and navy...bc the white is blinding out on the water. So we should have it in next week!

Do not believe Marc sells Harris, Blue Creek does, Can lead a horse to water but can not make him drink.

We were just overly impressed with Justin and Blue Creek, and have had several friends buy from them...I think we will be happy with the purchase.

That`s his job, to get your money in their back pocket, sounds like he did a wonderful job. Smoke and mirrors.

Our family has been on this great lake since 1959 and have had numerous boats and dealt with many dealers/marinas. The last boat we bought was from Blue Creek Marina through Austin Singleton in 1998. It was a Harris pontoon boat and has been the best boat we have had. What little service that has been required has been exceptional. The boat is high quality and you get what you pay for. I would go back to them any day. Good luck with your new boat and War Eagle!!

Not to worry AuburnGirl. We to bought our boat, after much research, from David at Blue Creek and we also know Justin. Great guys, the service has been excellent and they have gone beyond the call of duty for us on more than 1 occasion. I truely believe you get what you pay for and you will be pleasantly surprised in your dealings with Blue Creek.

You made a great choice---The people at Blue Creek Marina are first class and Harris makes a great pontoon--You won't be sorry.

I agree that you made a great choice and that you get what you pay for. Harris makes a quality pontoon. Congratulations!

Congrats on your new pontoon boat. Are you still going to get teh jet skis? If so, what kind did you get?

Yeah we are still going to get a pair of jet skis. 2005 Seadoo GTX's....probably from River North or North River Marina (or whatever the name) right there at the Alex City bridge.

I hope you have better luck with the GTX than I did. Mine was in the shop so much I finally convinced my dealer to give me a good trade on a Yamaha.

Possibly they have become more reliable in the last 2 years, but I know of several unhappy customers that bought them in '03. It was a great machine when it ran, but too unreliable for us. The dealer was great, but SeaDoo was less than helpful to say the least.

You better shop around---saved a lot of money--cycle world Gadsden ask for Mike.

The cheapest I found is up in Cullman AL, but to us it is worth paying a little more so that we don't have to drive to the dealership we purchased it at. We also decided to get somewhere close to the lake that way if something happens to it we can just drop it off there and pick it up on the way back down the next time.

We have a 2004 Seadoo GTX 4Tec. LOVE IT. This is the 4th Seadoo brand jet ski we have had and have been very pleased with all of them. I wouldn't probably suggest buying from River North or Kowaliga - we checked with them and the price was A LOT more than other dealers. We bought ours from Johnny at Big #1 Yamaha Seadoo in Homewood. Great people and great service. Also, check the guy in Sylacauga - - both would be ok for you since you live in Birmingham. I have bought Seadoo Jet Skis previously from Big #1 and Yamaha of Sylacauga and felt that I was treated well at both places.
