Going to the boat show and look (just look) at a 105 x 19ft houseboat. 2000ft + only $629,000. After looking at some of the new home prices that may be a good buy.... Just a matter of time now before houseboats start showing up on LMartin. The bargain real estate phase is coming to and end.

I really think Roswellric is setting us up. He is really one of those Atlanta guys with money to burn and is about to buy and have them transport his new $600,000 houseboat to Lake Martin. Great that we have treated him so nice on the Forum so "Bling it on" Ric!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you get this boat. Let me know. I'll come tie up to you, and we can make beer runs in the cat. I'll only need a private room for me and the wife to stay in overnight. We can name the Houseboat, "BLing it on II". I think it's a great idea. But, make sure she has some sound to her. You'll need a couple of big block GM engines. Who knows, we may find Jr.'s @ss in there.

No RR, JIM wouldn't hurt anyone, but he would have the fastest houseboat in the 1/4 mile. I can see it now - "New World Houseboat 1/4 mile Record, 5 minutes 33.234 seconds."
