PIKE aka. PIMP. You will hearby stand in public to a re-trial before the lakemartin.com community. The hearing will be held at Niffers, on Friday Feb. 17th at 7:30pm. The LMPBA, and other lakemartin forum members will question you concerning the defamation of character issue concerning CAT BOAT. The judges panel will meet at the bar immediatly after the trail, to determine if somebody is gone get there @ss whooped or not. Should the jury hand down a guilty verdict with a lighter sentence, you will be fined all bar tabs for the night, as well as boating operation hours that limit you to operation on lake martin from 11:00pm til 6:00am only. Should you fail to appear in court, you'll be handed over to Maverick for punishment.

Darn Cat you are letting PIKE off WAY TO EASY.
I know he is new to the forum and all, but his previous comments regarding your sex change are definitely terms for a slander suit and we have it in black and white right here on the forum so he cannot deny one word in court.
Just think about it -- His previous post is probably worth at least 2 or 3 new cats and gas for life, especially when he questioned your gender and the fact you where a blonde.
Pike - Hope you are at Niffers on Friday February 17th at 7:30 or your original verdict stands as handed down by the LMPBA

Cat,
I think Jawjagal will be disappointed with the time of this meeting. She is expecting all you Alabamians to show her and her friends a good time for the evening. Instead you are going to bore them with LMPBA informalities. They will probably never want to come back to LM again.
I will be unable to attend the LMPBA meeting on the grounds that I will be in my shop. As I was planning on attending these proceedings earlier in the week, my weather man (also a lawyer and a drinker) told me that due to the inclement weather this weekend, the trial would more than likely be postponed to a later date and time.
Being new to the LM family and also this forum. I was also informed by my drinking lawyer that he was unaware of exactly what a Re-trail is? He wanted me to ask if you are all going hiking after Niffers so he could dress accordingly.
Please keep me informed of the next date and time of the LMPBA meetings and I will happily try to adjust my calendar accordingly.
