According to Senator Dial, it was started because some Georgia developers asked him for it specifically regarding Harris Lake. I say, " give then that for Harris Lake", it should be restricted because of it's size! So considering I do not belive the forum postings have said anything about development, and is a Martin Lake forum, I do belive your are mistaken. Safe Boating to you sir!

Regardless of what Sen. Dial may have said to you about "Georgia developers", the bill would not have passed out of committee in a 10-0 vote without obvious support around the state. Read objectively the posts as I suggested, including yours, and then do a little soul searching to see if maybe some boaters 'may' have brought this situation on themselves.

VMG you are correct...OSMS as usual is incorrect due to the fact that they are not mentally able or willing to step across the fence and take a view point for an instant that differs i.e. from the other side. It's very hard to debate when one can only see one side. Wise man once said dog poop fast don't poop long. Think about it.

Goodness, gracious. Did Sac just accuse OSMS of being the single minded person? The politics on this forum is beginning to resemble the nastiness of the national political parties. Don't fan the flames. Just because someone has a different point of view doesn't mean that he or she is wrong.
