STOP STALKING ME.

I head to Chuck's for lunch, get there about 12:30, and who shows up about 10 minutes later? You and your boatload of cronies. I leave Chuck's, head for the Rock, and who pulls up beside me a few minutes later... and STAYS there until I leave, a couple of hours later? You again. (It wasn't entirely unpleasant, since there was this one girl with huge... er... "tracts of land;" who was that? ;-) )

So I head across the lake, stop by Longneck Island for a quick look-see, and as I'm leaving, who pulls up? YOU!

I'm surprised that you didn't pull up to my dock a little while later and throw some stuff on my grill; were you saving that for next week?

Longtimer, I was out during the day Saturday, and at some of those same places! Why did'nt you come over and introduce yourself? I am sure by now, you know what my boat looks like.

just want to know who you are. If you saw our boat yesterday, please tell me what it looked like and the name of it. If you were paying enough attention, you will know this.

No Lakeman, I did not go up in your slough. You could not have heard me anyway, I had the mufflers in.

This boat was very quiet and stayed to the middle of the slough and throttled down and eased in so as not disturbe other boats tied up to the piers. I could not read anything on the boat but it was white with red/blue stripeing I think. I was doing " Honey Do's " that have been neglected in my bout with health related issues and my fishing tournament have to's. Stop in if your ever come by. I try to keep some cold one's handy for me and company.

You should already know this, but your boat is a single-engine Scarab, base color white with the usual Scarab racing graphics. As for the name, I never got a good look at it-- I was, um, distracted-- but best I could tell it wasn't an actual word, which is probably why it didn't fully register. Is it Migalow? I'll try to get a better look next time. (You'll know me; I'll be the person in the other boat.)

I'm not sure what else to tell you that you should already know... you're a blonde (well, the hair on your head is, so I'm assuming) and you're friend had more of a reddish-brown thing happening. But like I said, you should already know that.

So I've given you your name, your husband's name, your address, your phone number, your hair color, and a description of your boat; is there anything else you need to know?

which is different than "tracks."

However, only one of those descriptions is taken straight from a movie, which I got, but you obviously did not. You should rent "Monty Python in Search of the Holy Grail" so that you too can understand the joke.

On the other hand, the Monty Python brand of slapstick humor might be over your head; is there a good Sesame Street or Barney reference that we can use instead?

(Longtimer-- exactly how much "acreage" was in these "huge tracts of land?")

You would have to know how to calculate the area of a cone.

I find it funny that you would "hang" around the very thing that you have adamantly claimed that you dislike. Why if you dislike bigger, loud and extreme speed boats (after all you did say they were UNDISIREABLE)would you be tied up at the rock with a crowd who were mostly against the boat ban and several of them own the very types of boats that you detest so much? I just don't get it......seems strange to me but maybe that is just the way you are!

So what you're saying is that big-boat owners now have domain and control over the Rocks, and that no one is even allowed to hang out there unless they also own one of these behemoths?

What wil you try to steal from us next? Can we go to the fireworks on July 4th? Are we still allowed to eat at Anchor Bay and Sinclair's?

UMMMM...No that is not what I said if you would read carefully! What I said was that I found it interesting that longtimer choose to tie up with several of the types of boats and the owners of these boats that he detests so very much! There were several other groups that were tied up at the rock that did not include the behemoths as you put them! Also, once again...I did say and I qoute from the original post "Why if you dislike bigger, loud and extreme speed boats (after all you did say they were UNDESIREABLE) would you be tied up at the rock with a crowd who were mostly against the boat ban and several of them own the very types of boats that you detest so much?" I used the word mostly and several(didn't claim ownership of the rock's in my post) and never once did I say that it was "our" rock! Just find it ironic that one who seems to be so passionately against these types of "UNDESIREABLE" boats would be tied up at the rock with of group of those "UNDESIREABLE" boats! Guess it is easy to hide behind an alias on the forum and not show your "true colors" when it comes to being out on the lake!

The big boat crowd says we can't eat at Sinclairs any longer. Could y'all please get to work on a bill to enact that? It would gain you great favor with the "small boat crowd" (ie....the folks who actually run the lake).

I never said the boat owners were undesirable, only their boats. Some of the big boat owners are good, decent people who happen to be a bit misguided; why should I let their poor chioce of boats affect potential friendships? After all, I have many friends who pull for the "wrong" team on fall Saturdays, many who thik baseball is exciting, many who eat sushi... the list of people I like who I don't see eye-to-eye with is long indeed.

You see, unlike you, I don't judge people according to the boat they own; I judge them according to the black-hole stupid posts they make.

I do not recall judging anyone in my post thank you! I am not judging you or anyone else who posts in this forum.(and just so you know I personally do not own a boat...therefore WHY would I judge someone by the boat that they own?) I was simply stating the irony of you being around the very thing that you have been so CLEAR about disliking on this forum. You see if I found something as UNDESIREABLE as you seem to find big boats, I would not subject myself to being around them. If anyone is judging it would be YOU! You judge people's decisions to own a big, loud and possibly fast boat as stupid. Although you may believe that their decision is stupid, who are you to judge someone else's decision to own a boat that is big, loud and fast? As for your potential friendships with some of the big boat owners who are good decent people, do you not think that you have trashed and bad mouthed some of those same people who you find good and decent in this forum? I for one have no problem with differing opinions (after all they are all like a$$holes we all have one) however, I am also not afraid to speak my opinion on this forum or out in public. I find it very strange that many people do not know who you are. If you were voicing your opinions in public the way that you have voiced them on this forum (hiding behind your alias) do you not think that some of the good and decent people you were tied up with at the rock would have given you a piece of their minds?
