This property is directly across from Oskar's on 49. Nice road frontage. Lots of water front, but shallow. Water goes away quickly as the lake starts to fall

I didn't respond because it's hard to summarize but the title of the article is "The Big Glut". Mostly the coast. Some markets are overvalued 30-90%. Flippers are out of some markets that were responsible for 20-58% (Myrtle) of the sales. Real high in my opinion. I noticed that LM was getting some "flipper money" from FL late last year.

The unusual thing I saw though was an insert article called "Walk on the Wild Side" that described and quoted some developers billing themselves as taking a naturalist approach to development. Guess who was one of them........Russell. Arnberg talked about how they were using "materials forged from native trees and stone" and "looks like the houses are dropped from the sky". Guess you can't blame them for doing some pretty creative PR but that was a stretch... (out of the sky?) :-)

Oh yeah.... I have noticed that high prices are bringing out more sellers and fishermen but as I have said before the supply is inelastic because there are only 2 landowners on the lake and they are not going to let a glut develop. The only glut that is developing is a glut of real estate agents.....
