I'll agree that you are highly qualified when it comes to being a sphincter. Or a "splinter muscle," to translate it into terms you (and only you) can understand.
But if you want to make up words because you don't know the actual correct words, that's as much your right as it is the right of any uneducated moron, or pre-schooler, whatever the case may be.
