Did anyone else lose cable service in the Pace's Peninsula area on Friday and not get it back until Mon. morning? What a frustrating weekend....had to hook up the old outside antenna and get a fuzzy picture out of Columbus to watch the game. I am really getting sick of Charter's service!

worked great all weekend.....I rarely have a problem other than a few minutes of outage in the heaviest of thunderstorms (it sure beats a weekend without service).

We lost it in Prattville also. AND, my internet service has came and gone since. Is anyone else still having problems with internet, or should I start troubleshooting router and cable modem?

Charter admitted they have had server problems here at the lake. Last Friday they said Montgomery (and mine at the lake) was out so that may have been your problem.

My internet was out from Friday pm through Monday am...came back on during the day on Monday but went out again at approx 10 pm on Monday night...I called the service number and was told once again that it was my
modem...that there was on internet outage in the area..just a BIG, FAT LIE!!!...my internet came back on again this morning (Tues.) at 8 am...this is really making me mad.....may be going back to dial-up if this mess continues........

We didn't want to get just a few cable channels when we bought our place in 2001 so we just added a dish and bring our receiver from home with us when we come to the lake. The receiver is a DVR so we have lots of shows recorded to watch when we can't find anything else on.
