Went by there last week. ALL three docks have 25+ feet, and his boat house is at 20+, so he has water all year round... (or whoever owns it).
Isnt it kind of odd that he has already paid $30 million to an attorney with the last name of Russell ???
Is that like selling property for next to nothing to a friend just prior to divorce then buying it back after-the-fact? lol

Since he isn't using his house on LM anymore, I think Scrushy should just empty his pool into LM . . . This should bring the lake up the remaining 4 ft that we are short.

He's crying about running out of money? Why doesn't the SEC and others inquire about Scrushy's and Donald Watkins' trip to the Bahamas a few years back? Scrushy's family just happened to be on vacation in the Bahamas at the same time Watkins was there starting up a new bank. What a coincidence. This was right after the you know what hit the fan about the fraud. Interesting?

I wish he would, but he’s not gonna run out of money. I could not believe it when I read that in the paper. He still owns Marina Marin on this lake, the lake house as far as we know, still has property all over the state plus Florida, the yacht he got into trouble for using while on vacation in Florida last month, two TV stations, numerous very expensive cars and boats plus who knows whatever else (or wherever in the cast of Watkins bank). He will live like a king for the rest of his life, unless by some distant chance, they can get him between bars. I’ll believe that when I see it.

I was in a vet's clinic in Birmingham and Schrushy came in to pick up his dog - Leslie was in the Land Rover blocking the drive. When the assistant at the desk asked his name he said "McDonald".
