We were directed to a nice, quiet, out of the way area on the lake. It had picnic tables and restrooms facilities and we were told not many know about this area. Anyhow...... I can tell you this is in the area of Mullican Road, Old Susannah and Young Ferry. I know this area is around the Hwy 50 area. ANy help is greatly appreciated!

You may be referring to Dare Park....follow Young's Ferry Road (going west) until it reaches a dead end...you are there......Young's Ferry ? turn left off of West Lafayette or also left off of Mullican...depending on which way you are coming from......

is there a place like this closer to Wetumpka? I used the map to map it out and I didnt realize how far it was. I would also like to it be a hidden off the beaten path area where not alot of people know about it. I know that probably doesnt exhist but who knows! Thanks again!
