I just confirmed with Blue Creek marina that they can no longer load boats from the water with the forklift below a level of 483. They do have the option of trailering them out and then loading but that will be a "cluster" if you know what I mean even if they have a trailer of the right size...

Are we having fun yet?

I believe that Harbor Pointe Marina in StillWaters can go until 482 feet. Maybe Pier Pressure can confirm. Don't know about Chuck's Marina. They may go even earlier than 483 feet.

We'll use the canoe and kayak a good bit this summer.

The only problem that I have is that the lower the water gets, the further I have to drag my jonboat.

Pier Pressure is not at Harbor Pointe, but at Anchor Bay. I noticed when we were at the docks over memorial day weekend that I didn't see the fork lift running... unless I missed something.

I've seen that boat docked for several weeks at Harbor Pointe and asked one of the mechanics there whose boat it is. The guy said it was one of the owners of HP. Guess I got bad information. Sorry.

I think there are now two boats called 'Pier Pressure'. The one at Harbor Point has been there for some time.

Correct, two named Pier Pressure. My PP was put on Lake Martin spring of 2005. Not sure when the other one came along. We (ALSCN and I) keep ours at Anchor Bay...
