I doubt the rain yesterday will make any huge difference. According to the local news, we are 17 inches short of a "normal" rainfall. It will take a lot of rain to get us caught up and start filling the lake.

But a very welcomed sight!

Ever notice that when the weather folks report the rain they never say how much the deficit was reduced by that rain?

They only say what the deficit is and how bad it is.
