I love the disclaimers in the ads to call your doctor if after 4 hours it's still "working". Heck, that's the last person I'd call .....

..heard of this guy who told his wife (after 4 hours still working) that he better get to a doctor...understand she put a 38 snub to his head and said that he was going nowhere!....hopefully all survived.......
