Really stupefying article in B'ham news this morning about lake levels. APCO says alabama rivers at historical lows for this time of year up and down alabama river systems.

Funny though, the place where APCO execs have many homes, Lay Lake, is brimming to the top with water.

What the article really should say is, Smith, Martin, and Logan Martin are getting screwed while Lay and a couple of others are miraculously seeing no ill effects of one of the worst droughts in 100 years.

Totally different than a reservoir. I also don't think a lot of APCO execs live there. They can afford to live on any of the bigger lakes that also offer a much easier commute to downtown B'ham. I do know that several execs live on Logan Martin, including former president and I think CEO, Elmer Harris. Logan Martin is also at winter pool already.

Even Lay, being ROR, was down a few feet this year at one point. BIGWORMK would know more about APCO execs living there. Got any neighbors high up the food chain at APCO BIGWORMK?

We also have APCO brass on Lake Martin.

I understand that and have indeed explained that to several folks earlier this summer. However, now that we have been in sustained extreme drought conditions for as long as we have, to see one lake in the middle of them all totally full, seems suspicious.

No execs down here that I know of...All of the Lower Coosa is a full pool...I don't know why, I'm not an engineer..At one point we were down about 4 feet before the release from Altoona..Four feet on Lay is like 12 feet on Martin..
