Sunday noon on the Kowaliga bridgespan. This year with the water low you can experience a dive like no other. Water temp is high and you can see the roadbed without a wetsuit. You will not experience a thermocline on this dive!...

If you are interested and connot contact me, We will leave from Anchor Bay at 11AM Sunday. Look for boats with diving flags! I will take (more) pictures and make available to those who ask.

Another 5 to 7 feet and people will start to lose their props on the old pilings! BEWARE of the first kowaliga bridge!

The water is low, there are unchartered hazards, and I would love to swim amongst them ;-)

Honestly, you don't need to wory too much about the old bridgespan yet, but you might with another 5 foot water loss. I have not swam the entire span, but I have been at 10 ft (468.5ft) of water with an 18 inch piling long by my side....

Folks, we are going to reach historic lows for our generation and we need to understand how to prepare for , and how to preserve what will become "land" with the low water situation.

No one has stated what we can do for positive impact in this situation. We all talk about preservation, but we see no action. There is an island now forming north of Anchor Bay which I have never paid attention. It is a wonderful place for me to drop anchor and take the kids for a dip. The sad thing is that there is a 50 gallon trash can in the middle of the island which is years old and it is overflowing with rubbish. The entire island is full of debris (old wheel barrow, etc.) and it is not a by-product of low water.

I task everyone of you to find a new piece of land which you have never stopped on as you pass by, to stop and walk around. Get a feel for its past inheritance and pick-up where they left off. This means you will need to take many 50 gallon contractor bags with you on this quest! Don't let the spring cleaning be your highlight!

No the 280 is not ours.

PP and I have a 330 named Pier Pressure. If you see us around make sure to stop by and say hello. In the past we have met quite a few people from this board and have made many friends.

After all, I have bgeen told so many times that I am all that is wrong with the forum and EVERYBODY (read-osms and lakeman) think I am the resident evil, how much EVERYBODY hates me and wants me to go away. So therefore I will not put anyone in a position of having to pretend to like me when I introduce myself, as LTL anyway. Some of you guys may already know me and NOT know who I post as. Just a little food for thought.

Oh well your loss.

You know LTL, I don't really say much on the board at all. A few times out of the year I feel like writing and will say something. You just took a simple invite and twisted it around, I don't appreciate that at all. If you want to know why the few that say those things about you do, then maybe you should see how it get's started. I am not trying to pick a fight with you, because chances are I won't be responding again anyways, just stating the obviouse.

So ask yourself, why did you have to respond the way you did to such a simple, harmless post?

I was in no way trying to pick a fight with you either, or ANYBODY else for that matter. I was just illustrating absurdity by being absurb. I have seen your boat at Anchor Bay. I spend a little time there ocasionally at a friends boat. If I ever see you guys there, I will introduce myself.

Well we are usually there most weekends, even in the cold weather months. Stop by, say hello and have a beverage of your choice. PP and I are not out to make any enemies on this board, we enjoy the lake and enjoy meeting individuals who share that same common interest.
