Noticed today that if you search the Lake Martin MLS that there are 367 Lakefront Homes or condos for sale. Around Mid July there were 455 properties using the same search criteria. I have not seen that many properties that have been under contract. Are these properties being sold are being take off the market?

Since 8-1-07 - 172 waterfront listings have either expired, been cancelled, or have been withdrawn. 38 listings have closed. Some of the 172 were likely put back on the market, but I have no easy way of figuring that number.
