I wonder if this prediction is as accurate as the dire hurricane forecasts of the last two years. In any event, I'll just be optimistic that my heating bill will be lower than last year.

Maybe it wasn't as bad in some areas as predicted. On the other hand, I believe this was the first year since they started keeping records that two Category 5 hurricanes made landfall. Just because it wasn't YOUR land doesn't mean that it was insignificant.
