Lot # 58 (The Ridge Phase II). It is only one lot, but it has over an acre & 930 ft. of waterfrontage.

Well lets see now, Page 82 of the magazine "Home on The Lake" (Nov -Dec 2007). It reads +/- 930.78 ' Waterfront. Russell Lands Real Estate. It is all for the mear asking price of $3,350,000.00.

I ain't on no sauce unless it be Tobasco.

The person asked for help on the Forum. So, I found the best I could for them. They wanted it for a good price. I would say three mil plus it a pretty good price. The defininition of good in the case is "Big Dollars".

Sorry Feb...I thought I was familiar with Ridge lots but I missed that one. I figured you had transposed the frontage and I was being a smartie :~)

I now have a couple lot's to go look at, but I am still looking so if you
have not sent me an email please do so now regarding your lake lots for sell, to brookeland74@yahoo.com
and to answer your question - No bad experiences personally but have heard from a few surrounding Realtor friends of mine in Auburn, Opelika, pheonix City that the Realtors on lake martin are known to be somewhat like piranha. So I prefer to deal with lot owners not listed with Realtors. but if a local Realtor had information on some distressed lake lots I would welcome them contacting me through email as some already have.
Again thank you
BL

Not true of all Realtors, but definitely some are piranhas. I won't give names on the forum, but if you research prior posts or ask around you will find some that will be of great help and will earn their commission and more. You are one of many folks looking for "the deal" and I seriously doubt you will find the best value on this lake without help. From my experience, you will not save anything with a FSBO and you may miss underlying issues that will cost you more than if you had someone working for your best interest. Good luck in the hunt.
