before the Big Bowl Games begin...................who has used the low water era to the best advantage and who has used to the least? Wonder if the stones ever got "talked up" to that dry stacked wall by u-know-who? Who has used this time to do an overhaul on their rigs, or extended that ramp or finished that boat dock ( not just started like on it like Maverick) or added those Green Lights?? Personally, I've reclaimed some of the top soil thay went over my sea wall during construction and it now resides in my new raised bed garden, and have hauled about 10 loads of rock/stones in my Work Horse from the lake bed for a couple of stone walls I intend to build, if I can find out how to talk 'em into stacking themselves. Yeah...........guess we outta hear about them Hose Hangers too.......wonder if Feb is gonna add that to his Mansion.......?

Thanks rude even, The next time I get down I want someone to show me where this mansion is with or without ho's hangers.
I know it is costing more than enuff, but it ain't no mansions by any means. It is a little larger than your typically Russell Cabin but it will be a full time home. (one of these days as the Eagles would say).
I have collected 67 golf balls off the shore line just South of Parker Creek Marina. There are plenty more there. Might make for an interestting golf ball seawall. Boats could bounce off for a "hole in one" hull. Does Cat know how to repair dimple hulls? LOL

Correction, they are 'Hos hangouts", not Ho's hangers. (You really don't want to hang them per say). As for projects, the shop has been non-stop with upgrades, engine rebuilds and some even complete restorations. We just finished a 1976 Cobalt with a complete (upholstery,carpet,engine rebuild, teak wood re-do, etc) restoration. Man, that is one beautiful boat. Funny thing is, we have not sold or repaired an outdrive in 9 months. You would think with water conditions being as low as they were in the summer, folks would have been hitting things and breaking drives and props. I guess all the money saved on gas went to upgrades and such.

I think they are opticon. Too many loud sounds in Nam, and it is obvious it was not the Eagles' play book.

Interesting Feb. I got my hearing aids from the VA and they are top of the line. It isn't like hearing regular but better than not hearing at all. I lost mine in a rifle company, Company L, Third Battalion, First Marines. There were lots of loud noises but having one's ears about two inches from a fellow Marines M-14 did me in. I was there before they got the rat guns.
There are some folks in Iraq now that wish they had M-14s.

we added 10' to our "fixed" dock and added a 10'x20' "floating" dock. hope we get to use it in 2008!!!!
