Why do the developers think they can sell more for over 100k plus more than most units that a up for resale right now? I think this unit that is in foreclosure was for sale for 205k and still did not sale.

yeh Jim's all for equality now, but let a black family move into his neighborhood and his reaction would be different. At least thats the feeling I get after reading a lot of his old posts.
Just because someone has the right to do something doesn't mean you have to like it. Some don't like big boats, some don't like condos, you don't like people who aren't the same race as you. but dont get all high and mighty about one category and then do the opposite on another.

This is OLD lows just being revisited. Him AND his bff (best forum freind, I will let you decipher who that is) used to post VERY racist statements here on a daily basis. It got very old and was the impetus for the registration process we have now. I am sure Bruce will be thrilled to see that topic revisited. They are all still in the archives. It makes some very interesting reading and gives insight into who/what some of the so called 'upstanding' members of today REALLY are.

FYI, To all you genuses out there, I live on a street of 16 houses. I owner is Latino. 10 are Afro- American, 5 are white. I have no problems, we are best friends. Maybe that`s what Lake Martin needs is some minority familes,

I am starting to think that I cannot hang with the the "big boys". I am taking too much of a beating, especially from those felines who keep blinging it on and on and on.........Funny....I used to really like cats.

I won't hold liking cats against you. I am always availble for consultation and guidance in dealing with wayward felines. He likes to come across as a BIG ferocious CAT, but he is really just a purring little kitty.....lol. And we know how to deal with kittens, just put out a litlle dish of warm milk, and a few minutes later he will be curled up in the corner sleeping!!
