Holy smokes, 1.8 foot rise in 24 hours! I bet there's a lot of junk flying downstream tonight.

It dropped a little overnight.

The Daily Home piece about the clean up day says the LMLPA is hoping they will LOWER the water for the clean up? Did they say anything about that the other night? I see the point but dude, we've had a drought. We got water, why can't we keep it?

A gentleman asked if there was a plan to drop the water before the cleanup and I about fell out of my chair.

The answer was "I dont think so" but another man said he seriously doubted it...........

the goal should be to fill the lake while we are having the rain then maintain until it is necessary to release downstream......

Just one mans opinion.

I think I saw a can or somthing out from my sea wall. If I could just get the water to drop about 3 or 4 feet I think I could get it out. NOT!!!!!!!!!!! HaHa I'll take my chances and try and get it with my toes WHILE SWIMMING not walking on dry land. I LOVE THE WATER!!!!!!!!

(GA.,) Steve
