Why it would be a pleasure to host the group to our little weekend build cabin, but Mav has surely mislead you on the stocking of the bar , and he forgot to tell you about KILLER the pit bull who is always underfed. No, I think it would be a much better adventure to make a trip over to Mav's and discover if he has truelly been working on all thiose projects or if he's been hiring it done. Time find out about ole Mav!!

Weekend Cabin - Yea Right, try Weekend Mansion in Stillwaters RESORT
Believe me I have seen Rude's bar and it is well stocked along with the wine cellar. Rude probably does not remember as he was to inibriated. Just go by Rude's house and ring the dinner bell 3 times and all his neighbors come a running for the booze he stocks.
Under fed PITBULL - LMAO, You mean that stuffed animal in the corner or the party animal (Rude) that lives in the mansion.
Only project I had time to complete was the new dock - water came up to quick for the rest.
Check your email Rude as you have a pic of the 99% complete dock. Still missing Solar cap lights, rocks stairs, fish light and post caps.

Not procrastinating focused on dock first .
Was suppose to have help on ramps, but they were tied up till 2 weeks ago and then started calculating material costs on boat ramps and what happened RAIN RAIN and more RAIN.
Just glad I did not order seawall materials - LOL.

The dock looks great!
Sorry, I'm a month off....I had it in my head that skiing was this month.
Like I said, you will never need the ramp extension; that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
You still have about 2 weeks for the sea wall.....get cracking! : )

Like I said, he's been discovered to be a lawyer and his slick way of changing the direction of the conversation should show that BRF and his gang of "inspectors" should train their sights on the "slick meister" himself and pay Mav a well publicized visit so we all can show up for the fun!
