Subject:	NEW FAT LADY BASED BAN LAW

1. Ban all houseboats. they are ugly take up too much space and tend to make people polute the water. ( the same could be said for fat ladies)

2. Amend the boat ban so that it bans boats based on weight and displacement, not length. Weight and displacement are what caused wake problems, not length. ( once again, fat ladies usually cause problems because of weight and displacement, not length)

3. Limit the amount of balast (fat ladies are considered balast) a vessle can carry.

4. Limit speed in all slews to 30 mph. (exception if you are trying to escape from fat ladies)

5. Make it illegal to do laps or donuts or any type of repetitive motion in a slew.

6. Make it illegal for fat ladies and empty wine or wiskey bottles to be transported on the same vessel.

7. Prohibit fat ladies from carring concealed empty wine bottels.

This law would better serve the interests sought to be served by the current law and would permit those of us who like to go fast to do so in boats that are safe to be driven fast.

It is probably a raw deal for fat ladies, but who cares.

I'm an overweight woman but I still look nice, not a slob and see this offensive.

I understand that you are upset with the boat ban but no point in bringing other people into this.

You obviously did not read the post properly ... so there is no need to take offense ... but cannon balls off docks should also be banned.

I am not talking about you. You are not one of those ladies that get in the electric carts at walmart and try to go in opposite dirrections in an isle and get stuck making it impossible for anyone to move to move.

then they drive the things out into the parking lot where the battery dies. because the carts were not made to handle 400- 700 lbs
