I have 6 or 7 fairly small trees to be cut down and removed. I am in the sandy creek area (Suzannah Crossings) any ideas for good tree cutters.

I just had four very large pine trees removed by Patrick Long, "The Tree Man". He was very responsive, reasonably priced, and did a good job I recommend him highly. His cell number is 334-617-6910.

Floyd;s came out and gave us a quote of $700 to cut down a large hickory tree close to our home. When we called him to schedule cutting down the tree, he said he quoted wrong and it would be $1200. If you use him, get a formal quote, not just a price on the back of his card! We didn't use him, needless to say.

Hate to hear that. When Easterwood wouldn't return my calls I let Floyds do it. No problems except you might have to wait several days if the job is small. I thought he was reasonable too.

My uncle runs A & O and i can guarentee you there is noone better around here. I have worked with them and anyone that has had work done by them will tell you they are great at what they do. They usually beat most peoples prices. IN the tree cutting/trimming business you pretty much get what you pay for.
