There are lots of issues - septic for the rest rooms and restaurant (which then need to make it pay) and some other permit problems that potential buyers will learn about as they do their due diligence. It sure is too bad - the place could be made to work with the right buyer.

Where is it and why did it close? How much is it? ADEM permit problems? Cost to fix? Boat storage?

location is on the north end of the lake, about 3/4 of mile or so by boat, to the West of Madwind area. Basically, as far as Marinas is pretty much in between River North and Pleasure point, so it was good having something in that area.
