I'm a little confused. Let me see if I have this straight.....
*If you grow up in Hawaii, raised by your grandparents, you're "exotic, different."
*If you grow up in Alaska eating mooseburgers, yours is a quintessential American story.
*If your name is Barack, you're a radical, unpatriotic Muslim.
*Name your kids Willow, Bristol, Trig and Track, you're a maverick.
*Graduate from Harvard Law School and you are unstable.
*Attend 5 different small colleges before graduating, you're well grounded.
*If you spend 3 years as a brilliant community organizer; become the first black President of the Harvard Law Review; create a voter registration drive that registers 150,000 new voters; spend 12 years as a Constitutional Law professor; spend 8 years as a State Senator representing a district with over 750,000 people; become chairman of the state Senate's Health and Human Services committee; spend 4 years in the United States Senate representing a state of 13 million people while sponsoring 131 bills and serving on the Foreign Affairs, Environment and Public Works and Veteran's Affairs committees, you don't have any real leadership experience.
* If your total resume is: local weather girl; 4 years on the city council and 6 years as the mayor of a town with less than 7,000 people; 20 months as the governor of a state with only 650,000 people, then you're qualified to become the country's second-highest-ranking executive and next in line behind a man in his eighth decade.
*If you have been married to the same woman for 19 years while raising 2 daughters, all within Protestant churches, you're not a real Christian.
*If you cheated on your first wife with a rich heiress, and then left your disfigured wife and married the heiress the next month, you're a true Christian.

* If your husband is nicknamed "First Dude," with at least one DWI conviction and no college education, who didn't register to vote until age 25 and once was a member of a group that advocated the secession of Alaska from the USA, your family is extremely admirable.

Try comparing the candidates that are running against each other.
Also some of your statements gave me a good morning laugh ... "Brilliant Community Organizer" .... what is that anyway. The "projects" he lead the efforts on to help those in need are now all boarded up and are know crack houses. Well at least he gave the dope heads a safe place to go.
And while he is in the state senate he voted "present" more than he ever voted for or against and issue. The man can not make a decision and changes his position frequently.
Obama wants the national anthem changed because it refers to war. You are darn right it does. How the brave people of the colonies stood up against the english army protecting our flag and earning our freedom. I guess he missed that part when he went to the muslim schools and read the Koran.
Obama will not say the pledge of allegence ... he says because the words say "under God" ... even if that is the reason, that was how our constitution was developed from christians. He will not wear a flag pin and when the pledge is said he will not put his hand over his heart, instead he stands with his hands down, head bowed and sometimes has had his back to the flag. There are plenty of pictures of this.

I wish my wife would leave her law firm and work for the betterment? of society at $340,000 a year to do pr work for the hospital. I guess 20 years in a radical church and getting married in that church and nothing said there would affect my thinking. I guess it does not matter to any one that he accepted favors from a developer (convicted felon) and enlarged his estate at below market dollars, The fact that he has not renounced his friendship with a convicted bomber of the pentagon years ago.
Lady why don't you move to North Korea or Iran or Cuba and talk to those leaders and fix the worlds problems.................... What is priceless is how he (Obama is going to pay for all the great things he is going to do fo us............

You know what, I was going to post a lengthy response to this post but it is not worth the effort. Your mind is made up and trying to explain where you have gone wrong is not worth the effort. I'll save my mental energy for those that still have an open mind and would see through the silliness of points like these. There is a reason Obama is struggling at a time when the electoral landscape favors a blowout. These points do nothing to address the real, legitimate and serious concerns people have about the politics and policies of this guy.

(HAVE YOU LOOKED AT TUITION EXPENSES TO ATTEND UNDERGRAD-
UATE YALE LATELY?
HOW ABOUT HARVARD LAW SCHOOL ? SOMEBODY PAID A LOT OF
BUCKS FOR THIS KID'S IVY LEAGUE EDUCATION.......)

RAISER, A FUND RAISER WHO APPARENTLY IS A CRIMINAL LAW BREAKER
PER THE NEWS.
WHAT SORT OF 'DEAL'?
AND, RIGHT OUT OF HARVARD LAW, HE 'WORKED' AS A CIVIL RIGHTS
ACTIVIST IN CHICAGO . WHAT KIND OF PAY IS THIS, WE CAN ASSUME IT IS
LITTLE OR NOTHING PAY WISE! OR IS THERE OTHER KIND OF PAY INVOLVED??
HE THEN ENTERED POLITICS AT THE STATE LEVEL WHICH CERTAINLY IS A
LOW PAYING JOB, AND THEN MOVED RIGHT TO THE NATIONAL LEVEL. DID HE
"FUND RAISE" TO GET THE FUNDS TO GET ELECTED? WHAT KIND OF PROMISES
DID HE MAKE?
NOW, HE SCRAMBLES TODAY WITH A NICE SMILE BUT VERY MINIMAL
EXPERIENCE IN ANYTHING - WHILE OTHER PEOPLE WRITE HIS RAH-RAH
SPEECHES FOR HIM.
IN ALL HIS MINIMAL TIME IN THE STATE, AND NATIONAL LEGISLATURES -
HE'S NEVER LAUNCHED ANY IMPORTANT LEGISLATION, NONE WHATSOEVER.
MOSTLY, OF LATE FOR SOME TWO YEARS, HE'S BEEN OUT RUNNING FOR
PRESIDENT.
THEN COME THE ENDORSEMENTS FOR HIM FROM OTHER COUNTRIES, ONES
THAT ARE NOT EXACTLY USA FRIENDS, LIKE THE IRAN PRES, FRENCH PRES,
THE IRAQ MINISTER THAT WANTS USA OUT. HMMM WHAT DO THEY SEE IN
HIM THAT THEY LIKE?
HE CLAIMS TO BE 'PROUD OF HIS AFRICAN HERITAGE' -- NICE BUT -- IT
SEEMS THAT HIS ONLY CONNECTION WITH AFRICA WAS THAT HIS AFRICAN
FATHER GOT A WHITE AMERICAN GIRL PREGNANT AND THEN DESERTED HER.

OF 20+ YEARS ABOUT THE PASTOR'S DEMONSTRATED UN-AMERICAN BIAS.
BUT -- HE WANTS US TO BELIEVE THAT HE CAN CONFRONT NORTH KOREA
AND IRAN AND RUSSIA WHEN THE TIME ARISES TO TAKE AMERICA 'S SIDE.
YEAH - WITH HIS BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE, HE 'HOPES' THAT HE
COULD BE A "UNITER" AND BRING US ALL TOGETHER;
BUT - WE ARE LEFT TO THINK THAT THE REAL 'HOPE' IS, THAT HE REALLY
HOPES THAT NO ONE WILL PUT ALL THESE PIECES TOGETHER, AT LEAST
NOT UNTIL AFTER THE ELECTION.

All of the democrats think that just because Bush is unpopular in certain demographics Obama has a clear road to election. I just don't see it that way. Before Obama spent his only 2 years as a US Senator (from probably one of the 3 states he could have gotten elected in) running for President, he was basically a socialist community organizer. In other words, he drove the church van around on election morning and made sure that dems got elected. I truly believe that. He has zero experience and has the nerve to question Palin's experience. She might not have that much, but she has had to be responsible for her own decisions as governor and mayor (he can't even make a decision). Hell, Biden would be a better choice than him, but he has plagerized so much he doesn't know up from down. Obama is scary and too much about his past (and past associations) don't add up. This guy would be worse than Carter and that is saying a lot.

The chosen one (Obama) can't even put a sentence together. In Colorado, at the state fair he had to have a teleprompter set up in the middle of a Rodeo ring. This just to speak in public. It is ironic that he was surrounded by Bull S###. Do you think he got any on him?????
