LAMONT, sorry but I have been so occupied watching the news from Birmingham on Charter Cable!!
As I have said before, sleaze does a good job reaching across the aisle. This one sounds more like a Disney cartoon "The Mayor and his 101 Crimes".

Birmingham's problem is the result of Bad Management, Bad Elected Officials, Ignorance, Bad Advice and an economy that will not support "creative financing" any more.
B'Ham is getting nationwide attention first. Just stay tuned for other large municipalities to get their share of attention for the same reasons. It won't be long in coming.
